Access is not a single pathway Patient access is frequently treated as a linear outcome of regulatory and reimbursement processes. In reality, it is the result of multiple parallel conditions being met simultaneously.

These include:

– Clinical readiness and physician confidence.
– Institutional alignment and infrastructure availability.
– Operational and logistical feasibility.
– Financial structuring beyond standard reimbursement.
– Stakeholder coordination across medical, administrative, and payer environments.

When any of these elements is misaligned, access is delayed — or never materializes.
